上过我们写作和口语课的同学都知道,我们在课堂上一再强调的一个重要原则就是“不要重复”,要求大家在写作和讲话的时候不要多次重复题干和关键词,要适当地进行替换。这种替换体现在两个方面,一个是同义词替换,另一个是要使用不同的词性。这样写出来的文章、说出来的话语都会变得生动有趣,容易拿到高分。因此,大家平时在记单词的时候也应该注重联想记忆,不仅要记这个单词,还要记它的衍生词,这是扩大词汇量的一个非常有效的方法。

You have to be able to put up with a lot of pain,

from pushing your body to its limits.

You have to be able to adapt to different

situations and new information quickly.

13.It takes emotional maturity.

You have to be in control of your emotions.

You can’t let yourself get too nervous, to angry,

too depressed, etc.
